This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on implementing and optimizing sales and marketing automation solutions using HubSpot. You will collaborate closely with our digital marketing teams to develop workflows, clean and manage data, integrate technologies, and streamline processes for greater efficiency and impact.
Habilidades
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement automated workflows in HubSpot to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and manage the HubSpot database by performing data cleansing, updating property values, and eliminating duplicates.
- Assist with integrating marketing and sales technologies, including email platforms, calendars, social media tools, and website systems.
- Generate and analyze reports to evaluate the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation to suggest innovative approaches that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Required:
- Advanced knowledge of the HubSpot platform, especially in the areas of marketing automation, CRM, and workflows.
- Experience in system integrations (e.g., email platforms, calendars, social media, websites).
- Skills in data analysis and report generation (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Reporting).
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- English Fluent.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills to translate data and results into clear and actionable recommendations.
