We are seeking a Conversational AI Engineer with experience in NICE and Cognigy to support the development of conversational AI solutions for digital and voice channels.

 

The professional will be responsible for designing, configuring, and integrating AI use cases for web, chat, and voice agents, using the Cognigy platform and integrations within the NICE ecosystem. This role requires experience in building intelligent conversational flows, agentic AI automations, integrations with enterprise systems, and support for authentication processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and configure conversational flows in the Cognigy platform;
  • Create AI use cases for web, chat, and voice channels;
  • Work with voice agent / voicebot solutions using Cognigy and NICE;
  • Integrate solutions with internal systems, APIs, and existing enterprise platforms;
  • Support integrations related to user authentication and identification;
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and customer service teams;
  • Perform testing, adjustments, and continuous improvements of conversational flows;
  • Support technical and functional documentation of developed solutions.

Requirements:

 

  • Hands-on experience with Cognigy;
  • Knowledge or experience with NICE solutions;
  • Experience developing AI use cases for web, chat, or voice;
  • Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, or enterprise systems;
  • Experience in designing and implementing conversational flows;
  • Knowledge of authentication and integration with existing technologies is a plus;
  • Technical English for reading documentation and interacting with international teams.

Nice to Have (Differentials):

 

  • Experience with Agentic AI applied to digital or voice customer service;
  • Knowledge of contact center, CX automation, or omnichannel support environments;
  • Experience with integrations in enterprise environments;
  • Experience with authentication mechanisms such as SSO, OAuth, or similar.
