The KOUD is looking for a Digital Marketing to work with one of our clients.
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll manage paid ads across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Local Service Ads for multiple clients. Your responsibilities include creating, scaling, and reporting on lead-generating strategies, developing ad campaigns, managing creative assets, growing prospecting and remarketing audiences, using analytics for decisions, and handling marketing budgets to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a driven, risk-taking team.

Responsibilities:
- Set up campaigns and develop ongoing optimization strategies in(Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Local Service Ads, Programmatic Ads etc.);
- Responsible for driving measurable results for paid advertising campaigns;
- Establish and configure relevant conversion tracking parameters per the client’s unique set of KPI’s;
- Monitor and maintain budget pacing for assigned clients to ensure ad-spend targets are reached;
- Lead reporting calls confidently with clients and make strategic recommendations to impact their paid advertising performance;
- Measure and analyze performance, and identify new opportunities based on customer and business data;
- Continually look for opportunities to expand the clients digital marketing strategy into other service lines;
- Drive rapid but well-structured campaign testing designed to validate the potential of digital channels and audiences;
- Creation and presentation of monthly online performance dashboards for clients utilizing Looker Studio and GA4 metrics;
- Completing website audits and marketing assessments for professional services clients, including implementation of keyword optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, PR, Communications, Information Science, Business or related major;
- Experience with Paid Advertising/Google Ads;
- Knowledge of building effective digital marketing campaigns;
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and Call Tracking;
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and configuring event tracking;
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, ability to turn analysis into actionable programs, and ability to use data to optimize day-to-day performance;
- Ability to understand client objectives and build effective strategies to meet client needs;
- Must be highly driven with a customer-centric attitude and the ability to work entrepreneurially on a small team;
- Genuine interest in staying on top of the latest marketing trends and changes;
- English Advanced/Fluent;
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
