A Koud está em busca de um(a) Customer Services Support Analyst para atuação em um de nossos clientes.

Koud is looking for a Customer Services Support Analyst to work with one of our clients.


Required Skills:

 
  • 3 – 5 years of professional experience;
  • Support/Administration of Cisco Video Coferencing systems;
  • Ability to troubleshoot/maintain desktops/PC hardware and MS Office 365 Tools;
  • Ability with programming logic, Power Shell Scripts, development and use of APIs;
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Windows – Desktop;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows – Server and Azure;
  • Exceptional knowledge of Active Directory / Office 365 administration / Exchange / Azure AD / GPO and components;
  • Experience in building, deploying and patching PCs. (WDS / SCCM);
  • Basic understanding of networking infrastructure, DNS, and DHCP Services;
  • Printer support (Hardware & Server);
  • Understand NTFS & Share permissions;
  • IOS/Android device support, Intune administration;
  • Experience in IT Vendor management;
  • Exposure to front-office Financial Services;
  • Weekend/out-of-hours working when necessary;
  • Work authorization in the US.

Soft Skills:

 
  • Team player with excellent consultative and communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively with management and staff, vendors and consultants;
  • Ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives with minimal supervision;
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, responding to critical requests calmly and efficiently.

Desirable Skills:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience in market data plataform support: Bloomberg or Reuters;
  • Cisco call manager, Palo Alto, VMWare and Citrix support;
  • Trading voice systems: ICP/Etrail, IPTrade, Cloud9;
  • Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, Citrix, PaloAlto certifications.
