Koud is looking for an Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to work on a project for one of our clients.
Technical Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Strong proficiency in Journey Builder (designing and managing automated customer journeys);
- Email Studio (campaign creation, audience segmentation, and email deployment);
- Data Extensions (data modeling, segmentation, and database maintenance);
- Automation Studio / Automations (automated workflows, data imports, and updates);
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and campaign personalization;
- Experience with marketing automation and multichannel communication;
- Ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance;
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking for a global work environment).
